Heavy Vehicle Chain of Responsibility
Do you know SERENE specializes in Chain of Responsibility (COR) for the Heavy Vehicle Industry? In 2018 the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) amended the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL). This included a clause that makes every party in the heavy vehicle transport supply chain responsible for ensuring breaches of the HVNL do not occur. Since the amendments, numerous transport companies have received prohibition notices. We can help you lift any prohibition notices, or help you with compliance so you don’t receive a prohibition notice.

Small businesses don’t always have the budget to outsource their OHS.
