Heavy Vehicle Chain of Responsibility
Do you know SERENE specializes in Chain of Responsibility (COR) for the Heavy Vehicle Industry? In 2018 the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) amended the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL). This included a clause that makes every party in the heavy vehicle transport supply chain responsible for ensuring breaches of the HVNL do not occur.
